I love this salon! I've been coming for years, for everything from facials to cuts and color to brow waxing. The team are a great bunch of people too - professional, kind, and fun to be around. I really love this salon.

I followed her to Salon Sonik when it opened, and have consistently received excellent service, good advice about changes in hair style, and flexibility in scheduling appointments when necessary. The atmosphere of the salon is friendly; all of the professionals who work there are skilled.?

Salon Sonik is the place for beauty! I am a regular client of Sonia who cuts and colors my hair perfectly. A facial by Kristi is not only relaxing but you look great and feel refreshed afterwards. The entire staff is professional, friendly, and welcoming. Not a stuffy salon. This is a place where you feel at home.

The staff are second-to-none, offering a never ending array of soft drinks and coffee items, all the while being polite and attentive to your every request. by Curly hair in Pasadena 10/19/2008 Salon Sonik is bright and clean. They carry great products and are very customer oriented. When a product I ordered didn't come in when they expected, they gave me some to tide me over. They have a fully electronic appointment system, which allows you to recall when your previous appointment was. Valerie is excellent with short curly hair and has a lovely demeanor. I was an off the street walk-in the first time, because they are in my neighborhood, but now I'm a regular. I'd recommend it. They are especially timely in not making you wait for a scheduled appointment and give great scalp massages as part of a regular shampoo.

By: Jennifer M. I suffer from dry skin and while I take good care of it, a facial every so often to bring the moisture back in alignment is a must. After one visit to Salon Sonik, my skin looks and feels great thanks to Kristie! A skilled esthetician, Kristie took the time to examine my skin to ensure the facial I choose was the right one for me. I had the Hydroptimale Hydration Treatment--an hour and 30 minutes of sublime skin treatment, and a must if you suffer from dry skin. I believe I am actually glowing. The salon is quaint and clean, with a friendly and helpful staff that offered me beverage upon my entrance, and easily accessible parking. Although the salon is in Pasadena and I live in Studio City, I recommend the commute if you don't live locally (a short 15 minutes during non-rush hour) as the service speaks for itself. Additionally, the salon carries high end skin and hair products, including my favorite Sothy's skin products. Make your appointment today and put your best face forward!

I have been living in US for 1 year and I still didn't find a decent manicure yet....but in terms of hairdresser there is nothing like Valerie to do my colour. I found this gem two years ago after searching high and low for a stylist that listened to me, gave me a great cut and made me feel comfortable. The staff is made up of talented, knowledgeable and friendly women. And...they all have great hair (my test for a good stylist). Not to mention I get numerous compliments on mine now!

BY: Erin R. Had the ECHO facial with Kristie. Before setting an appointment, she took the time to discuss my skin (highly sensitive and acne prone) and suggested we try the ECHO facial. This is not the relaxing facial that your mother raved about, and Kristie warned me about that - but that being said, it was suprisingly therapeutic! The atmosphere is very chill and calm and the oxygen on my face felt a little weird at first, but the results speak for themselves. My skin has never looked better!

By: Gene C. Yes. I know I'm a guy reviewing a *cough* salon. But behold a secret among women that has gone unnoticed and unwanted by men all over this country. I'm talking about someone washing your hair, massaging your head, cutting the hair and then rinsing it out again. Does your local barber do that for you!?!? Or is it another 3 on the side and done in 15 minutes? Not only are the hair stylists at Salon Sonik professional---they're extremely attractive. Yea, it doesn't hurt that an attractive girl is massaging your head. Your head is the first thing people notice, why have it butchered by an amateur? Ask how important it is to John Edwards. (No this place is actually very reasonable)
