If you contact us through Google’s AI-enabled messaging or RCS for Business, Google and participating messaging providers process information to deliver and support that conversation. Please share only information needed for your inquiry. Do not send payment-card details, passwords, government identification numbers, or sensitive medical information through chat. How information is shared

Information may be shared with providers that support website hosting (including Squarespace), analytics and advertising measurement (including Google), communications, appointment management, and payment processing, as needed for those services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect safety or legal rights, or at your direction.

Messaging phone numbers, conversation information, and messaging opt-in consent are not provided to third parties for their independent marketing. Service providers may process this information to operate and support our customer messaging. This restriction does not prevent disclosures required by law.

Cookies, analytics, and your choices

Our site uses Squarespace services and Google Analytics and advertising measurement tools. These providers may collect online activity information over time and across websites, depending on your settings and the features in use. You can manage cookies through your browser and any cookie controls shown on our website. Blocking cookies or tracking tools may affect some features or measurement. Our website and online messaging are not directed to children under 13. A parent or guardian should contact us about appointments for children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information online without appropriate authorization, please contact us. Links to booking, payment, social media, and other external services are governed by those providers’ privacy policies.
