Website and service information

Our website and messages provide general information about our salon, services, prices, and availability. Prices shown with a “+” are starting prices. Final pricing depends on the service, hair length, density, condition, and work required, and should be confirmed with your stylist before service. Results vary with your hair and its history.

Appointments and cancellations

An inquiry or suggested appointment time is not a confirmed reservation. Your appointment is booked only after confirmation from Salon Sonik or our booking service. Please provide accurate contact information.

Our Appointment & Cancellation Policy applies to cancellations, rescheduling, late arrivals, missed appointments, and deposits. Please review it before booking. For time-sensitive changes, call (626) 577-8855. If we are closed, leave a voicemail; the message time counts as your notice under that policy.

Customer messaging and automated assistance

You may contact us through available messaging channels, including Google’s AI-enabled business messaging and RCS for Business when enabled. These channels support questions about salon services, hours, directions, and appointments. Some responses may be generated by automated systems or AI and may contain errors. Please confirm important details, including prices and bookings, with our team. You can request staff assistance by calling or emailing us.

When you initiate a conversation or request a response, we may reply about that inquiry and related appointment arrangements. Starting a conversation does not enroll you in promotional messages. Messaging frequency depends on your requests. Carrier message and data charges may apply. Delivery and immediate responses are not guaranteed.

Please do not send payment-card details, passwords, government identification numbers, or sensitive medical information through chat. Messaging is not an emergency service.
